Hi everyone!

My life has been quite hectic lately with sports and work. I've started training for half-marathon, so a lot of running and gym-training
I am hoping to find some time for fractals too in the near future.. There just isn't enough hours to a day (or enough days off from work per week )
Anyways, i wanted to dedicate this journal to two angels who stepped in to assist with the club $:iconfractaldreams:$ just when we needed it the most.. Vicky and Giselle I don't know how to thank you enough for your valuable help. You have both been doing such great job and proved to be reliable and hard-working
Just as a small thank you gesture, i want to feature beautiful fractals from both of your awesome galleries!

Hi everybody

I hope all is fine with you. Im doing okay, had a little surgery yesterday and now recovering from it.
I would like to thank everybody who helped me out with all these art theft thingies, it seems that now all the pieces have been removed, thank god It's good to know that i have so many great friends here

Another thing, The Club $:iconfractaldreams:$ was voted as the best club in august but we really really need more people to help us out in there. Now it's just me and Rhia there... So if you think you could help us by subbing about three times a week (or more), pls send a note (to me or $:iconfractaldreams:$ ). Subbing itself is not difficult but can get monotonous so we are looking for someone(s) who is ready to commit and would stick with us longer than 2 weeks...Today i did 26 subs alone

Okay, but on to the main point: To get rid of all this negative art theft debate i decided to do what i love the best: feature the works of all the great fractal artists whose pieces we are priviledged to admire every day. So here are my picks:

I won the best fractal artist award in August ( [link] )and im so honoured! Thank you to all of my friends

I would also ask for your help once again, my pieces have been stolen again (at least 9 of them if not more, thank you everyone who alerted me again). Would you pls follow some of these links and report them? You don't have to register as a user to do that. Just choose: report this wallpaper and offensive theme (they don't have copyright infriengement) and explain that they have been stolen... I would really appreciate that!

I would think it's the same person as the pictures are the same ... well i notified her (another new account i wont be using for any other purpose, sigh) as well as the administrators in that artfire site. gawd, this is ridiculous..and yet, so expected i guess.

I need help! My pieces have been used in etsy for commercial purposes, and of course I've never seen one cent of it or authorized this in any way. If you have an etsy account, pls give this user some feedback (im not malicious or anything... )

I have the pleasent job of featuring the winners of the $:iconfractaldreams:$ Rainbow Contest.
And what a pleasant task it is, since all three are such great fractalists! I also like to thank everybody who participated, we had so many entries this year and it was really hard to pick the winners because all of them were so great It was clearly a well-liked and inspiring competition, thank you for coming up with the idea (it wasn't me, can you believe it ). Hi everyone!

I hope your summer/winter is going well. It's been surprisingly warm here in Finland. Anyhow, i want to introduce you my friend that i met at work and was able to lure into dA She is quite an artist, doing traditional art by painting and drawing. Her gallery is not that big yet and her scanner maybe not the best in town but i suggest you check out her works and keep an eye on her in the future as well! Hi all my beloved watchers and friends!!

I would like to bring to your attention that $:iconfractaldreams:$ is holding a fractal contest themed Rainbows.
We were first going to accept only entries that had the basic rainbow colours red, orange, yellow, green, blue and violet and no other colours except maybe in the background. But since it proved to be so hard to limit the concept to only that, we decided to accept more varied entries. However, in order to win, it is necessary to somehow potray a rainbow and preferably include (at least) those aforementioned colours
We are so much looking forward to seeing you entries at FractalDreams, pls note us with the link to your piece. Here is a link to FD's site: [link] . You can also find the rules there.

To inspire you, here are some amazing rainbowy fractals (some of them really contain more or less colours than only the aforementioned but as i said, we wont be that strict ) However, not all of them portray a rainbow in anyway and might be disqualified for that reason from the contest, but these are for inspiration

And finally, yes you guessed... since i love making rainbowy fractals myself, this part cannot be avoided, mah works!

Ok, i think that was enough for now We are eagerly awaiting for your contribution Just keep in mind that the piece must be a fractal made with a fractal generating program.

I was going to go to sleep (it's 2 am) but then i saw 's gallery and was mesmerized! Have you been there yet??? Im telling you, it's amazing... Now if you love tales and colours and happy images (you must have some appreciation at least for colour since you are watching me or then you are a masochist ), you really should go and see for yourself! And remember to full-view, the images are full of funny and cute details that you can't see from the thumb
